My package arrived, but the ice is melted. Are the products safe to eat?
Absolutely, the pastries are safe to eat. The ice packs are meant to keep the products cool during transport, but they’re not meant to arrive frozen. All brownies and cookies should be stored at room temperature and consumed within 7 days.

Is Flourless the same as Gluten-Free?
No. Flourless means there are no gluten containing ingredients in the product, but since all the pastries are made in the same facility, those folks who are allergic to gluten should not consume our flourless items as there is a small chance for cross contamination. Folks who are intolerant to gluten should be just fine, but please use caution and make good choices for your body!
